Payment
A 25% deposit is payable on booking. The deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 90 days prior to the event. The balance of payment is required before the date of the wedding.

Re-edits
Technical errors will be corrected free of charge. Client-requested changes to their video will be charged at the prevailing daily edit rate. We will supply you with a preliminary edit for you to check before the final copy/copies are made. A charge will be made to correct any errors reported after the final copy is supplied.

Delivery of Product
The editing process takes 2-4 weeks from the date of the wedding.

Music Choice
Any particular music chosen by the client for the edited video has to be supplied before the filming of the event. If no music choice is given we will choose the music and a charge will be made for subsequent changes. Any changes to the edited video will be charged at the daily rate. There is a licence fee for the use of commercial music included on DVDs/videos. This includes any footage which may have incidental music in the background e.g. during an evening disco event. The fee charged by MP55 Media Productions for wedding videos included a component to cover the copyright charges.

Copyright
MP55 Media Productions retains the copyright to all material recorded by the company or any cameramen employed by them. Please note that it is a condition of acceptance of the contract that MP55 should be free to use the material for publicity purposes on their website or showreel.

Disclaimer
Every effort will be made to ensure your event is recorded in full on the day. Multiple cameras are used to minimise problems caused by equipment failure and these are also used to film certain parts of the event from a different angle. No liability is accepted for failure of performance due to any circumstances beyond our control.

Complaints
Any complaints must be received in writing no more than 14 days after receipt of final product.

Production of Videos
Two full copies of the wedding will be provided on DVD
A shorter version will be uploaded to the MP55 website so that your friends can see it.
Further DVD copies must be supplied through MP55 at the rate stated on the MP55 website.
